Capital Energy chooses Workday to streamline Human Resources management

Madrid, 16th December 2020. Capital Energy, a Spanish energy enterprise incorporated in 2002 with the vocation of becoming the first vertically-integrated 100% renewable energy firm on the Iberian Peninsula, has selected the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) tool to streamline Human Resources management, putting employees at the centre of processes and improving decision-taking that, from now on, shall be based on information updated in real time.

For Capital Energy's HR Management, flexibility and scalability are two key aspects to duly adapt to the accelerated growth of its staff that is being brought about by the Company's current business plan. Therefore, the Workday solution chosen has the potential to cover all its needs, in both the medium and long term.
